Red/Green Day Question

    Hi

    I've been doing EE for the past 2 weeks, first week I gained 1/2lb :sigh: and then this week I lost 2lbs but I am going to give Red/Green a go. I've done some meal planners and it just feels much easier and better for me already. Have planned 2 red days.

    Here is my question: Does the 1/3rd superfree rule apply on Red/Green?

    Firstly well done for your 2lb loss :). Red and Green don't specify 1/3rd superfree but for a healthy balance its recommended where possibly.

    Thanks! The trouble is I have a very funny tummy that means that if I eat salad pretty much two days on the trot I err ... get the trots! So the chance to lay off salad for a day or so would be great. Hopefully it won't affect my weight loss next week.

    Lol...not funny I know but it did make me giggle!
    Def try putting carrots / green beans etc into your curries etc that way you can heat it up at work and get some veggies too :)
