red lentils as a HEX b on a red day?

    Hi,

    113 gr of green or brown lentils is a healthy b on a red day. Can I use red lentils?? And how many dry=113gr cooked weight? (they were cooked in stock and tomatoes....)

    Sorry but only green and brown lentils are allowed for a HEB on red days so you would need to syn the red lentils

    Red lentils have had their skins removed and then split, so they don't have as much fibre as the whole green or brown ones.
