Crap according to the scales i've put on a lb but tbh i was ill last week so i guess something got mixed up

I still lost 3lbs over the 2weeks so that 1.5lb a week cant complain really

I'm not doing to bad atm. I had another 1lbs loss this week which im pleased with, i went abit mad with the caramel snack a jacks lol.
