I am currently in the process of requesting the above from the doctors, tried xenical but did not work for me had chronic headaches.
I have been on reductil before and followed weight watchers - this did prove successful.
Can I ask what other diets people follow along side of Reductil and what have been your weight lossess.
While I am waiting I am currently following a low carb diet as I feel I am not as bloated.
