i'm going to be starting refeed thursday, or the following thursday and i'm so nervous about it.
I've sort of got a plan for the whole week but there's a few things im confused about and was wondering if anyone could help....
is very low fat philadelphia allowed?
how much lean mince do we put in the spaghetti bolognese??
here's my plan, was hoping if someone could tell me if its ok???
Day one
B- Shake
L- Shake
D- 4oz chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & cucumber
Day two
B- Shake
L-Tuna, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & cucumber
D- Chicken, broccoli, carrots
Day three
B- Shake
L-Tuna, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & cucumber
D- Chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, potato with low fat Philadelphia?
Day four
B- Shake
D- 2slices ww bread grilled, ww ham, tomatoes, onion, lettuce cucumber (hot toasted sandwich
)
L- chicken, carrots, mange tout, sweetcorn all foil baked together topped with Philadelphia, potato
Any snacks- ww yoghurt and some fruit
Day five
B- shake
D- ww wraps, chicken and salad
L- salmon fillet seasoned with some lemon and pepper, potatoe and some veg
Any snacks- ww youghurt and fruit
Day six
B- shake
D- ww wrap, tuna and salad
L- spaghetti Bolognese
Day seven
B- shake
D- 2 grilled slices ww bread, ww ham, lettuce, tomato, onion
L- chicken, brown rice, peas all mixed with some philadelphia
any snacks as usual
