refeed then...?

As long as you follow the refeed to the sheet for 1-2 weeks, there is no reason you would gain weight by following a healthy balanced diet after the refeed period is over.

Hi Chubbs :) I personally found WW brilliant for maintaining. I think it's great for losing if you have a lot to lose but it you don't it's a great way to maintain. Good luck with refeed xx

I agree with Emma (above) though lots of people do lose on ww - obviously or it wouldn't keep going - I found following propoints helped me to maintain but not lose so I think it may have to do with how much you have to lose x

That's fine as long as I don't gain on it :) going to have a month or so on weight watchers and then another five weeks on LT to get to my holiday goal :) want to find out over Christmas if I will be able to keep my weight down with WW when I finish for good in Feb, thank you for your advice :)) xx

Emma did you refeed for 1 week then go on to WW? Did you gain anything ?xx
