Refeed?

Does anyone know how long I would have to refeed for if I stopped LT at the end of Feb?

Trying to plan first meal out (not a massive blowout...but something healthy)

you should do 2 weeks refeed.think thats what most people do x

hey i think its if you lose more than 5 stone youre advised to do two weeks. to be honest though i think even though one week is enough two weeks is best. head over to the refeed section , and maybe steal some of the refeed menus. thats what ive done cos they really are great. jand and tanyas ones are really great!..best of luck sweetie..x
