You will come out of ketosis once you start introducing carbs back in so around day 4/5.
As for snacks they I personally think it is better not to get back into the habit! If you do things like fruit or lf yoghurts are good :)

Yup like T said, fruit or lf yogs but if you can try not to get back into that habit :)
