Breakfast - 2 coffees. Chopped pears and banana with shape yogurt and allbran

Snacks - piece of fruit

Lunch - cottage cheese, jacket sweet potato, salad and humous with crudites
Chilli sauce - 2 syns

Snacks - hot chocolate and mikados - 4 syns

Dinner - ham omelette with mixed veg and couscous

Pudding - grapefruit with mandarine muller

Dinner - chicken breast with garlic mushrooms, butternut squash, cabbage, carrots & parsnip. Chilli sauce - 2 syns

breakfast - 28g muesli (HEB) with chopped banana and pear with loads of shape yogurt. 3 VENTI COFFEES :eek: Buuzzzzzz :D (HEA)

Lunch - MASSIVE JACKET SPUD - About the size of my son's head - seriously! with nigerian beans & cottage cheese, side salad with hot sauce & mayo - 2 syns

Snack - 1/2 kitkat - 3 syns sugar free lollypop - 2 syns

Dinner - HEB Chickenb breast with garlic mushrooms, butternut squash, parsnip, carrot and cabbage. Sauce - 2 syns

Pudding - Quark with mango yogurt, apple, pineapple and pear.

Back to EE today - my comfort zone :D

Breakfast - 2 coffees. 25g all bran with natural yog apple, pineapple and grapes sprinkled with cinnamon. 1 stale ryvita:rolleyes: with some deli ham and tomato!

Snack - grapefruit

Lunch - Massive sweet potato jacket with nigerian beans and cottage cheese, side salad with king prawns. Chilli sauce - 2 syns

Snack - apple and yogurt
Coffee

Dinner - Fish fillet with lemon and thyme on a bed of stir-fry veg with a soy and honey sauce - 2 syns

Pudding - Quark mixed with chocolate sprinkles muller and fruit to dip.



Total syns ONLY 4 ;)

Bad day for eating i think! just feel stuffed!

breakfast - poached egg, beans, 2 ww danish toast, apple and orange. 2 coffee

Lunch - PIZZA EXPRESS :eek: Tuna nicoise without dressing or dough sticks - but it was oily! - 3 syns Fudge sundae shared between 3 :p - 5 syns

Dinner - 2 HUGE bowls of slow-cooked quorn bolognaise with brown pasta chilli sauce - 2 syns

Pudding - fresh fruit and a yogurt

Syns total - 10
NO SNACKS! Thats a first :D

Large bowl of tropical fruit

Lunch - bulgar wheat salad with mixed seafood and pinto beans.

Snacks - tangerine

Dinner - Jacket spud with quorn bolognaise and cottage cheese. Salad. chilli sauce - 2 syns

Pudding - orange with mandarine muller

Cant remember as far back as tuesday so going to give that one a miss.

Yesterday went to CentreParcs for a spa so was a little indulgent!! :D :D

Lunch - jacket with tuna and sweetcorn and coleslaw - didnt add mayo as it was the full fat stuff!

Dinner - quorn spag bol with brocolli and cottage cheese and salad. chilli sauce - 1 syn

Sainsburys senga strawberry yogurt - 2 1/2 syns with pear and melon.

My appetite just seems tp be growing and growing each day!! Preparing myself for the christmas-foodfest i think :break_diet:

Snack - apple and alpen light bar (rest of HEB)
2 X Coffee

Lunch - roasted pheasant - 3 syns as it was not that lean (ate the whole damn bird!) with steamed parsnips, squash, cabbage, swede and courgette.

Dinner - humous and crudites - 1 syn for pesto. Jacket spud with salad and cottage cheese. chilli sauce - 2 syns

Pudding - yogurt mixed with quark and orange & apple, 2 amaretti biscuits - 2 syns

lunch - pot of homemade basil humous - 1 syn and crudites (apple, pepper, snow peas, corn, cucumber, carrot) with jacket spud and cottage cheese

dinner - chicken breast steamed with basil and red chilli with homemade ratatouille - 2 syn for tomato paste, brussel sprouts and pak choi.

Pudding - muller yogurt with orange and pear. advent choc 1 syn

thursday 17 dec 09 - 1 WEEK TO GO!!!! CHOCO HEAVEN AWAITS!!

Breakfast - Natural yogurt, 1/2 NOM cherry - 1 syn with chopped pineapple, apple, kiwi and banana.

Snack - branflakes with natural yogurt and apple

Lunch - jacket potato with tuna sweetcorn and chives. sweet chilli sauce - 1 syn

Snack - orange, 2 mikados - 1 syn

Dinner - turkey and veg stirfry with noodles. Own sauce made with soy, sweet chilli - 1 syn and fish sauce.

Pudding - orange and a few mouthfuls of stirfry.

SNOW DAY.....FRIDAY 18TH DEC 09

Well home today with the kids!!
Going to do some baking (fruit bread) - see if I can resist eating the end product :)

Bfast - pineapple, apple and pear with nat yog and muller cranberry and 40g all bran.

Snack - coffee and apple

Lunch - turkey stirfry with noodles.
2 syns for chilli sauce

Snacks - 1 date, fruit and yogurt

The fruit bread looked and smelt amazing i can imagine it's about 8 syns per slice so resisted the temptation :)

Dinner - 1 1/2 jacket potatos with tuna sweetcorn mayo - 1 syn and cottage cheese and huge mixed salad with everything going in it! :) chilli sauce - 1 syn

Pudding - melon wedges, apple and a carrot with a cup of tea and grated nutmeg ontop!

lunch - morrocan medley couscous - 1 syn with chopped carrot, pepper, parsley, sweetcorn and tuna plus side salad with pickled gherkins and onions :) getting in the spirit! chilli sauce -2 syns

dinner - chicken tikka massala with carrot and butternut squash and indian spiced rice - COMPLETELY FREE AND BETTER THAN A TAKEAWAY FOR SURE!

Coffee with nutmeg and cinnamon

Pud - chopped melon pear and carrot with cottage cheese
