breakfast - 2 WW toast with LCEX and ham and tomato.
1 apple and melon with rhubarb muller

2 coffees

Snack - few mouthfuls of couscous and apple

lunch - couscous - 1 syn with chopped veg and tuna. dressing made of LF yogurt and sweet chilli sauce - 1 syn, celery sticks to dip.

Snack - plum and apple

dinner - rest of chicken and bean stew with leeks and mushrooms and rice and potatoes. - 2 syns for stew sauce

pudding - muller and fruit
ended up eating WAY MORE than I meant to!! 3 melon wedges, blueberries, apple and 2 mullers :( crikey!

dinner - crudites with homemade roasted pepper hummous - 1 syn for chilli sauce and EL mayo with chicken strips and roasted parsnips and squash

Someone left a bag containing 25 overripe bananas on my doorstep!!!!! IM LITERALLY GOING BANANAS

breakfast - Sundae Surprise -layers of fruit yogurt and shredded wheat

snack - apple and orange and banana

lunch - jacket potato with tuna, cottage cheese and salad and celery sticks with hummous and chilli sauce - 2 syns

snack - banana

dinner - roasted pheasant with ALL THE TRIMMING AND MORE!! :D 4 syns for roasted potatoes and gravy

pudding - WW cookie - 3 syns and muller yogurt with melon and you guessed it - BANANAS

Breakfast - Wow bananas!!! with 8 measily blueberry shredded wheats and loads of yogurt - feel short-changed by the 8 shredded wheats as a HEB!!

Lunch - couscous - 1 syn with cottage cheese and ham salad

Dinner - teriyaki and oyster sauce chicken - 2 syn with loads of veg and rice noodles

B/fast: homemade rice pudding made with 1% milk and water and risotto rice with honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Vanilla muller stired in and chopped apple. - 1 syn for honey. One clementine

Lunch - jacket sweet potato with cottage cheese and maple cured ham salad. 2 syns for dressing and chilli sauce

Snack - coffee and biscuit - 2 syns

Dinner - chinese teriyaki and oyster sauce chicken with veg and rice noodles - 1 syn

Pudding - apple and yogurt.

lunch - parsnips, sweet potato and squash with sweet pepper cottage cheese and maple cured ham. 2 syns - chilli sauce

dinner - lamb bhuna - 3 syns for GFY sauce with roasted tomatoes, spinach, mango and basmati

2 sesame ryvita - 1 syn with cottage cheese apple dill cucumber, sweet pepper, tomato and cucumber......anything else i can add to my plate :) and a latte

RICE PUDDING RECIPE FOR FIFI

Hi Fifi.
I used 150g risotto rice and then mixed 500ml of milk with 350ml water. Added honey, cinnamon, vanilla essence and mixed spice and 60g sweetner. And just gently simmered for 25 minutes then turned off the heat and let it cool.

I stirred in a muller yogurt and it was lovely warmed in the morning with banana and honey ontop.

lunch - sweet potato jacket with baked beans and side salad. 2 syns - mayo

snack - yogurt and melon - got to work this morning to find my yogurt had been left out of the fridge overnight!! GREAT!

dinner - salmon steak with sweet potato, parsnip and squash with peas and spinach
2 syns for chilli sauce

pudding - muller light and apple and mango

Midnight feast!! - couscous wrapped in lettuce leaves with tomato.

My 29th birthday :) the treats are on me!! :)

Breakfast - huge bowl of SW rice pudding with muller & choc sprinkles, cinnamon, banana and apple.

Lunch - thick deli ham salad and 4 ryvita with cottage cheese

Snacks - Que the cakes & chocolates - 10 syns

Dinner - Gonna give this diet coke chicken a bash! Using cherry coke tho :)
Made with skinned chicken thighs which I boiled first to rid of as much fat as poss.

Pudding - WHAT EVER I LIKE! :) 5 syns allowed :)

Total - 15 deadly syns :)

Snack - carrot sticks with cottage cheese

Lunch - jacket potatoes with tuna and sweetcorn mayo - 1 syn, spinach and tomato salad

Dinner - chinese takeaway - chicken chop suey and boiled rice - 6 syns and large glass of wine - 6 syns

Some batchelors chinese rice with ham chunks, Pear and melon chunks with muller yogurt.
