hi all what a horrible day it is today, talk about typical english weather ha ha, its been raining all day here. well ive been out in my new car and loiving it. anyway, just thought id let you all know im starting cd again tomorrow going to get my packs tonight, havent put much weight back on since i finished last time but would really like to get the last few stone off, now ive done some of the journey ive dropped my target again and hpefully it wont take me long. ill be back on here regularly again now just for some support coz now the suns out im gona need help to get away from then ice creams. speak to you all soon x x x
