Restarting Sunday

    Hi all

    I'm after a bit of advice. I started the cd in February in preparation for an operation in March, i lost a stone before my op, but then found food again afterwards. I have been trying to get back on cd but struggled:cry:. my counseller said you can make jelly and other things with the shakes and water flavourings but she was unsure of the measurments for the jelly. Can anyone help?

    what else can I make other than jelly and ice lollies?

    Sorry I have only just seen this post. Are you doing OK?

    As you can see a lot of do struggle to get back on track after taking a break from CD. On numerous occasions I have made it to day 3 or 4 but no further. This time everything has just fallen into place and I am on day 19.

    To make the jelly you need mix a mousse and the water flavourings. I think about I teaspoon of each mixed with 500ml water gives you a good flavour but I've not had it for ages so I'm not sure.

    Let me know if ican help with anything else.
