rgently need help!!!!

    Ok so im at work and extremely bored and since I am in a shop filled with lots of naughty treats I am really struggling to fight temptation to eat them ALL! :S I have already eaten two chocolate bars and don't want to make it any worse, if anyone has any tips for me or quotes to help me refrain from dive bombing face first into the chocolate aisle I would be sooooo greatful

    Nothing tastes as good as slim feels (uh I hate that one!)

    I work in an old school country pub, so understand the surrounded by crisps and chocolate, I find I pick one thing that's a few syns (normally a pack of quavers for me at 5.5) and then make myself wait a bit till I have it, and then make them last as long as possible. I find if you walk in thinking no then you'll end up eating stuff anyway and then beat yourself up about it, if you walk in thinking I'm going to have one *something* today, then you've accounted for it and can actually enjoy it more. Rationing win!

    That at might not have been much help, but it's what I do. I guess you could take healthy alternatives in with you, or eat before you go so you're not hungry stood there looking at naughty food.

    I like to imagine me in my target outfit or the SW scales on weigh day to help.

    How did you get on, did you manage to resist temptation?

    I did!!! I always take lots of fruit and things with me but when im on a 14 hour shift and it gets quiet i find myself actually looking at all the different things we have and wanting to try them!!! Lol but I made it thru :) x thanks for all the great tips, im taking in an old pair of denim shorts with me tomorrow (that I haven't fitted in for about 8 year I might add!) and I will look at them if I feel tempted hahah xx

    Well done! The staff room where I work is always full of biscuits that I find very hard to resist - I might steal your idea and take a pair of jeans to keep in my locker for motivation!

    I feel your pain, my son was eating a pancake this morning and took one bite and left it and of course it was shouting on me! Now siting kicking myself as I've used today's and most of all tomorrow's syns and it's not even 3pm!! Rage x

    I know it can get tough but it was definitely worth it as I weighed in tonight and lost five and a half pounds. Think I've just found the will power now lol.... Thanks for all the advice ladies. It did the trick xxx
