I'm confused as I don't understand how to calculate the amounts.
I might be being dense but does it mean 250ml cordial made up into 1 lite is 5.5 syns? If so, that seems like an awful lot of cordial - or does it mean 250ml made up (diluted) drink, in which case how much cordial do I use to make it the 5.5 syns?

Please help!

Does it not say on the label 1 part cordial to 4 parts water or something to that effect hun? Cos if it did then you would do 50ml cordial 200ml water. x

I got a can of ribena the other day, the carbonated version, 330ml and it was 9 syns!!!

Yeah it does, 1 part cordial to 4 parts water, but I didn't really understand how that worked for a measurement...so 50ml cordial = 5.5syns and you make it up to the 250ml?
I wish I could drink the diet versions of these things :-(
