Hi all,
I haven't started back on SW yet however I do have a question.
My boyf has just introduced me into the wonders of baby back ribs. He got them out of the butchers, no fat, no sauces, no nothing just a rack of ribs. Is there any syns ? if so how many approx?
I absolutely adored them. We made homemade burgers (0 syns with wholemeal roll as HEX), a rack of ribs each (with spices that we made ourselves) and home made wedges with BBQ spice powder.. Yes, it was a huge meal but it was our belated anniversary/valentines day & he's a chef haha.
It's the nicest I've had in awhile and I know I'd have no trouble sticking to the plan again if I could have any of the above everyday!
