Rice vermicelli noodles

Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone had any recipes I could use these with? I used to have singapore rice noodles from the chinese, but I don't know a sauce I could make that would be syn free?? Was thinking to use chicken, beansprouts onions but it'd be very dry x

is that any soy sauce? think i've got the dark one, i know theres two?! but thanks that sounds like a good idea didnt think of soy! forgot it was free thank u x
