You could always have one roll with a little apple sauce for syns, if you dont want to miss out.

Im not a red day person, but i would suggest as mentioned above..with veggies.

Thanks for the ideas, don't want to ruin my day by having a roll although I would love one.

I think I'll have carrot and swede mash and sprouts.

why would you ruin your day by having a roll?

1 roll wm bread is 2 heb's - which is allowed on red - unless you've already had your heb's

I make my own apple sauce with fresh apples and a little sweetener for about 1 syn.

veggies of all types with your pork - roastged veggies in soy and frylight is delicious

AND you can do little roastie potatoes for heb's if you haven't already had your heb's.

possibilities are endless. I love red.
