Hi all, rejoining Sw Monday... Been a member on and off for years... Lost 4.5st last year then stopped going to group & regained 2 ish St (will know properly on Monday 4/1/16)

Will post weight & measurements Monday then a daily diary of food and exercise

Looking forward to 'meeting' everyone x
 
Hey xxx Similar story. Done SW on and off for 6 years and been at target nearly 3 times lol x 2 kids, getting married and pure indulgence on my behalf as led to me putting 1.5 on x Ive lowered my target this time so over all be 2.5st i will have lost by end of my weight loss journey. I have got my link to my food diary in my signature if you want to look :D
