hi guys
can you tell me which portion pot is used for vegetables please

peas is the yellow portion pot ... other green veg are basically unlimited

thanks, the butterfly represents the new me coming out of the fat me, like a butterfly from a chrysalis ...

with regards to carrots, i would weigh them and count the calories. You could weigh a blue or yellow portion pot worth, then for future reference, you will know just how much a portion pot is. You could even make your own portion ppot list as you go along.

Unfortunately the little card just isnt big enough to include all foods.
