i know hun, i'm pretty unfit around the midrift, been really careful cos i had a bad time with a major op in october.

so i'll have a rest from it for a few days.

out riding today hubby was behind me and i was on the balls of my feet astride my cycle and hubby said look at the muscles in you're calfs you look like an athlete, so i really am going to do something with my middle bit lol, it's them fitflops i think i walk miles in them.

knees feel ok at the moment so looks like i'll be able to ride again. guy who owns the gym was being an A hole so we aren't going anymore (will save a few bob)
bought some weights yesterday so going to have a go at my wii today and do a few weights.
think i'll do zumba and a bit of just dance and see how my side gets on, hopefully a change in exercise will stop my body getting used to it.

i don't know whats wrong with me but i feel i haven't done well this week :confused:
i earned a massive 37 activity points last week, at the moment i am only at 20 and i'm carrying an injury.

my diary is pretty much on point but i'm not going to use the last 5 weekly propoints just incase i've not estimated enough for my meal out and takeaway.

planning a walk tomorrow and hopefully a bike ride and weights on monday.

it may be because i want 1.5lbs off for my 3rd silver 7, half a pound would be ok as it will be my 10%, i just feel i've lost nothing.
