that sounds delish Rosie I never thought of puttin cheese on it but will defo try it, although I do use ratatouille as a pizza topping with cheese so I guess I have tried it ......silly me lol x

i serve the ratatouille , then sprinkle the cheese on and it starts to melt, gorgeous.

never thought of using it for a pizza topping, great idea.
 
another idea

If I make a big batch I puree some roughly and use it to top chicken breast with a sprinkle of breadcrunbs or puree it down finely add some chicken stock and I have a 0pp soup too.... delish x

brilliant ideas, never thought to use it in other things, so versatile.
i might make a big batch and freeze it and like you say can use it as soup and allsorts of things.

felt very rough last couple of days, awful sore throat and feel like i just want to go to bed, no exercise for me until tomorrow.

still feeling rough but hauled myself to the gym, everything was hard! managed 70 minutes so happy enough with that.

i'm having strawberries nearly everyday because i grow my own and have had a big crop this year, so i'll probably be sick of them before they run out lol

i feel amazing today, full of energy. what ever was hanging over me seems to have gone. i've bought myself a tube of after eights for at weigh in, really felt like a chocolate treat.
