Rowing machine

Time to get the rowing machine back out....i feel so lazy not doing any exercise. And i think it would be a good distraction, ie, do my exercise while watching eastenders haha! anyway its back out today so although i used to do 40 mins a day before thediet i'll start gently and do 20 mins this week, up it to 30 the next, then get back to 40. xx

Good Morning Mandy, all well? Just be very careful with the exersise, please do not over do it, could have long lasting problems. Make sure you stay hydrated. I started on my gym this morning, did 20 minutes, man oh man am I unfit.

Im used to pushing it on my rowing machine, i like to feel the burn lol....keeps me happy knowing itsworking (im crazy i know) but for every 20 mins i do i'll be having an extra half litre of water to keep myself well hydrated :)
