I'm onto week 2 today (wow already - week 1 flew by!) and was wondering about the dairy that is now allowed. Can I only have 1 serving or yoghurt/quark/fromage frais per day or is it unlimited like the sf jelly?
When I did RTM I don't remember there being any limits at all on quantity - you had to make your own judgements, which was not easy after the regulation of abstinence but part of the process I think. I certainly had more than one serving a day and it didn't seem to be a problem. However that was a couple of years ago so things may have changed. Enjoy it! I remember really liking the SF jelly and used to have a pint at supper - probably not ideal though.
