awww 9o clock!!! thats a late one :( im ok thanks.. what will u eat when u get home? something quick n then bed! hows food been for u today?

Yeah I do 1 9pm & 8pm finish a week :(

Foods always good in work as I pre plan it all and can't leave the area so I'm forced to eat all I have for the day :)
I'm planning on an omelette when I get in .. :) x

It's a snack size pack unfortunately . The normal ones are 4 pp I think .. Mine were little bags designed for Halloween .. I got em from tesco, maybe they still selling them? X

So, lost 1lb woop woop! Didn't weigh yesterday as iv felt bloated all week & yesterday I was very bloated! Either period due (still) or my IBS is playing up yet again ... :(
But chuffed I lost another pound :) 8st5 now ;) & 5lb from goal :p
