Omg stuffed from my tea ..... My plate was piled high ;) it consisted of ..

125g quorn chicken style pieces =2
116g Amoy hoi sin stir fry sauce =3
127g egg noodles =3
Carrot
Beansprouts
Peas
Sweetcorn
Sugarsnap peas
Whole yellow pepper

Phew .... Only a bargain 8pp too ;)

I used 20g of sweetcorn which is 0pp .. It's not much but gives u a Taste ;) better than pointing it x
 
Ahhh that's my week over & done with ;) & not back in work til next weds now :) :)
Work rang me this morning & said to come In at 2pm instead of 12pm !!!!!! How lucky am i?? ;)

Terrible nights sleep had a hypoglycaemic episode :( & was drenched in sweat eating banana flavoured jelly beans at 4am :( guna feel rough all day now :( but I'm treating myself to a gingerbread latte later, the thought of that is keeping me going :) xxx

Iv started having pitta for dinners .. Warburton do those you split in half n one half is only 2pp or a full one is only 4pp (the white ones, brown are 5pp) & you can cram loads n loads in them ..... I no it's still kinda bread but only a Teeny bit & super filling x

I think coz iv spent so many yrs trying to loose weight n failed, now I finally have I'm proper zoned up ;) xxx
 
Eeeeek! Been seeing my diabetes consultant today .. Been referred to a 'pre conception' clinic & told to start taking folic acid ... Yay! Atleast I'm one step closer now :)
