Lol ..... Coz I eat lotsa veggies ..... Have u ever tried roasted butternut squash? It's 0pp and amazing !!!! That bulks out my meals along with lotsa veggies ... Then I make 0pp soup too & have that for dinner some days :) so I have pp left for snacks ;)

I made 0pp soup the other day and ate none of it :( no interest.. In fairness it was mostly peppers and not the country veg soup I was aiming for.. Oops!! Any chance of some good vibes comin my way x

Tin of carrots
2 leeks
Shredded cabbage
Handful of Peas
Onion
Vegetable stock cubes
Blob of tom purée
1000 ml water
Rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper & mixed herbs

I leave mine chunky

Yum yum ;)

Weights hit a bit of a plateau at the mo ..... Iv been naughtily lowering my dailies point by point but doesn't seem to be helping me out :( iv been looking at my food diaries and there's nothing I can change tbh ....... Maybe my thyroid isn't working as it should be again .. I already take 125 of levothyroxine tho :( ???!
