Went cinema today & Saw the hunger games again for the second time, still as good as the first ;) & then went to the Manchester xmas markets, it was lovely & festive :) got a souvenir cup .. Third in a row ;)

Today's food -

Dinner -

Egg white omelette with 3 egg white (1) 3 laughing cow (1) tomatoes & peppers
2 s&v snack a jack (2)

Tea -

2 mini jacket spuds (4) with 235g Heinz hoops (3) 38g quorn garlic slices (1) & salad
Chocolate rice cake (1)

Snacks -

Hot choc (1)
Cappuccino (2)
Daim bar (4)
2 Choc fingers (1)
Hoops (1)
134ml milk (1)
 
id be happy with 8 stone anythin!!!! lol never seen that in my life x

As thanks shez, I'm just being daft as usual .. Iv not been this weight since I was 16 so I should be well happy x

Ya know if you stay at it for a number of weeks without a loss it may be your true weight.. I'm still at 10st.. I'm going up 2 lbs and down 2 lbs for the last few weeks.. After eating half a Terry's chocolate orange :( x
