Day 19
All good things come to those that starve!  LOL.
I had a great result this week and the inches are melting away which means its all fat down the toilet!  He heeeeeeeeeeeeee.
My week three weigh in is just over what I had in week 2 on CDC two years ago (I lost 14lbs in two weeks last time but had to give up due to an inflamed stomach ulcer) but I am still on 810, so I expect medium results.  I did try SS+ for a few days last week but I went back to my beloved 810 as I love my meal at night.
And I know you shouldnt treat yourself on this diet but 
I did today.  I went past out hot chicken shop and bought two chicken thighs (no skin) and enjoyed them about half an hour ago.  I glugged all my water with them too.  I loved them so much, slurp....could go some more but I'll hold out for now and use my powerful will power 
 
I figured if I treat myself with non carby, CD friendly foods - I really won't over blow it.  Where as eating a bag of chips would.......you see?  Not that Im trying to cheat the system but I might as well work in harmony with it, so to speak.
PS: CDC gave me the CD fibre powder today for free, I think she actually saw my pained face when she walked in and understood I was an emergency case
