Day 13
Deep joy - I only lost 3lbs.  I mean its not bad, is it - for 810 plan? But in your first two weeks, your body usually has great losses and for next week its my TOTM so christ knows whats going to happen.  Luckily I lost 1 inch off my hips, 2 inches off my thighs, 1 inch off my back, quarter inch off my waist and quarter inch off my arms.  Im going SS+ for a week just to jog things along.......**bites nails**
My CDC is very pleased even though I was a tiny bit gutted.  She said "look. weight is water, inches are fat".  So at least Ive lost more inches than my initial measurements which were:
Start                  ..............Week 1          ...........Week 2
Waist:  44..............43.................42 3/4  = 1 1/4
Hips:    50...............49..................48         = 2
Chest:  48.............46..................46         = 2
Arms:   13.............12...................11 3/4   = 1 1/4
Thighs: 26............24.5...............22.5       = 3.5
Back:   18..............16..................15         = 3
I wish she had of measured my pot belly as that has gone right down!!  But she measures my waist from just under my rib cage.....I dont know what a waist is, to be honest so I take her word for it
