EEEk what am I going to do?? Im still in week one of re-feed well on Day 5... I miscalculated the shakes...

I had pear and apple in low fat yoghurt for my brekkie this morning then salad and chicken and then WW spag boll.. am I doing the right thing or am I going over board? Im so worried that Im not getting this whole thing right!!
