I have read someones post about having runny poo. I had the same problem. I rang lipotrim and asked them about it.

You should use the green fibrogel. This is the one without suger.

You need insoluble fibre instead of the soluble fibre in the fibre clear. It worked for me.

hi darling. Make sure it is FIBROGEL GREEN for diabetics, you might have to ask for it from behind the counter.
