Im sure this has been done to death, but Ive finally figured out through SW website they are 2.5 syns per 100 grams when cooked.
Ive been weighing them frozen (not had them much) and the syns are 1frozen.
I had to change my syns yesterday from 2 to 5 for 200 grams.
Sorry if everyone else already knows this.
