My Slimpod Positives & Thoughts, To be completed everyday for at least 21 Days:

Day 15:

My 3 Positives:
1. Was at a christening today and made informed choices even thought it was a limited buffet i wasn't going to not enjoy myself and not eat enough!
2. Had a Chinese for tea and enjoyed every minute of it!!!
3. Got loads of compliments about my appearance from my OHs family :)

Had such a lovely day! Tiring but so so lovely :) still on plan and going strong! Just going to up the exercise for a bit this week- nothing strenuous just a bit of The powerplate, exercise DVD and more walking :) looking forward to this week- so pleased I didn't deprive myself today and I enjoyed it so much!

I'm great and have had a really active day. Did 2 mile walk dvd this morning and then went for a long power walk this afternoon. Managed to clock up 27701 steps in total. Loving feeling so energised at the moment.

I haven't weighed so I have no idea how I am doing. It feels strange not weighing and a bit scary. It makes me realise I had become a bit of a slave to the scales. Next WI is a week on Tuesday so time will tell.

Wow that's a great amount of steps well done!!!

I'm sure that In the long run weighing every 2 weeks is great and really good for both you and your mind- stopping the temptation! That's why I threw my scales out and only weigh in at work and as I work shifts I don't always have access to them every day so it works!!!

I'm sure that you will have done fab on Tuesday!!

Well the early morning has come round again!!!

Got to keep thinking, earlies today and Wednesday, lates Tuesday and Thursday, Friday & Sat Off and Earlies Sunday!!!!
Then Center Parcs!!!!!!

Got SO much to do at work today- determined to finish on time and go home to sort myself out, finish my NVQ work and do a draft of my OU work and then I will be happy :)

Going to watch an old school film when I do it like Rugrats in Paris or Peter Pan ;)

Ye really enjoying the diet but feel really full! Going from a vlcd so expecting a bit of a gain first week!

My shift was horrendous!!!!! Chlorine in Spa was 12 times too high and i got it all over my trousers and spent 3 hours cleaning it then the fire alarm went off and the whole hotel was evacuated and it all just went wrong!!
Then I got a v v v bad migraine which made me feel sick so I went to bed :D

Ok today though!!!!

Glad you're enjoying it!!! I expect you will feel full after transferring from a vlcd!! You may have a slight gain but it will even itself out so don't worry!!

Day 16:

My 3 Positives:
1. Really enjoying honey instead of peanut butter which I gave up for lent!
2. Rushed around and was very busy at work to keep myself active!
3. Drank 4 litres of Water!

Had such a hard day today- work was horrendous and I felt v I'll when I got in!!! Still on plan, still 100% and I'm still trying! After either a STS or a 1lb drop this week :D feel a bit better but completely washed out and ready to get on with my day :)

I'm good thank-you. Feeling very determined still. Bought myself a new bike yesterday to replace my broken heap of junk one, so can't wait to get out and about riding around again.

Had a look around yesterday and I might give some Simply Filling days a go. Have you ever tried it? X

I don't want to sound ungrateful but I'm still trying to do it for my goal as I'm so frightened of yo yoing!! I'm having a week off next week although still being sensible and at the end of march I have a night out with work and lots of other social occasions :) after my christening and Chinese on Sunday- I burnt my tongue really badly it's awful! I'm definitely after a STS!

I've done SW which is very similar it just didn't suit me :) carbs make my IBS really bad and I never know when to stop so it wasn't for me! It's always worth a try though!

Bike sounds great! A great motivation to spur you on!!

On Friday we are all off out eeeek!

First proper night out whilst on plan! Lots of vodka and diet coke/slimline tonic and I know that If I fancy a Maccy's which i always do there a happy meal that I can have instead of something huge :D

Really looking forward to it :D
