Ruthies food diary

I recovered well and was given the all clear to go on my hols last week, we had a great time but to be honest i was no SW angel. I also feel that beacuse of my lack of food the week before, all the bad food that i eat on my hols has just stuck to me. We came home on sat and i was feeling extreamly bloated and fat. I am back on track as of today, my wi is today, only i could not make it due to Drs appoitment. I have not weighed myself to see how much damage i have done. I will wait until next week for my officail WI.

Monday 10th Aug EE

Breakfast: Boiled egg and beans

Lunch: Pork kebab with salad

Dinner: Chicken cacciatore with mashed pots and sprouts:D

snacks: fruit and mullar light youg

HE/A Milk
HE/B 2 aplen lights bars

2 LItres of water
