Hey all! I haven't been on here in ages! Things haven't gone well. I mean, I just had a few bad days. After being sick I kind of went a bit crazy which included some ben and jerries caramel chew chew ice creamRealised how relaxed i am about actually writing down, so am going to get back to the basics and not relying on my mind. I'm sure I've put on few lb, I can't go to WW on Saturday as there is a fire drill at work I have to attend, so I have till next sat to turn it all around. Is totm too, just been a bit of a crazy few weeks! High school musical is out, means that work is going to be CRAZY busy, hope I am on screens..but either i'm going to be so active and hopefully burn some calories!! Starting again.

Hey! Man, yes I have been very busy! lots has been going on, and I have been trying to get to weightwatchers and shifts keep swopping around, or I am in till midnight and then weightwatchers at 9.30 has been too much! I am going to one today at 1 and I am hopeful. I have still lost weight (or so my scales say), so I am looking forward to getting back into it. It has definitely been on of the most stressful times of my life so I am relieved that I have got through it without putting on loads of weight.Bond has been mad, it's good for exercise though...running around after all the messy people. I haven't counted points in ages, I have just been very lucky...and sort of know things already...but am definitely going to get back on top of this! have missed minimins!
