Just went to Morrison's after work to pick some bits up and saw my favourite cheese, 8 syns for 1/4!!! Put it back and went and got some mango and pineapple instead :) it's the little things!

Now this, is preparation!!!

I struggle the most on a night after dinner when a sweet craving kicks in.

Hey Presto! Large bag of grapes split into 5 bags and popped in the freezer! Brill :)

12 chicken breasts
4 duck breasts
Extra lean pork mince
Huge amount of back bacon
Low fat sausages

As well as enough fruit and veg to feed a family of 10....

Supporting the local trades :D

Snack:

Dinner:
7 Mini Kievs = 10.5
Mayonnaise = 28
Frozen Grapes

= 20.5 Syns. Slightly over today but hoping it balances out.

Non scale victory!

Pyjama bottoms that were tight on 4 weeks ago fit perfect, even when sitting down. Brilliant! :)

Also I was speaking with a couple of friends who have started going swimming twice a week in the ladies only area. Only a few quid and I have been invited along. Sounds good to me! Exercise and a good natter too!!

Right, just been faced with a dilemma.

Off to my parents for dinner (all healthy which is fine) but my mum has bought these. For one of these, it's 12 syns.

It's weigh day tomorrow :(

We are having tandoori chicken which is marinated in ff natural yogurt and spices alongside gujurati potatoes and spices veg so no issue there!

I also wouldn't mind 1 drink of something with a diet mixer. Am I going to scupper my weight loss because of this though?
