Well on Monday morning I was 14,7 after 3x Takeaways and a night out on the tiles after a failed attempt at Rosemary Conley....

I'm now 14,0 1/4!!!!!!!

Eeeeek! In 4 days!!!! Soooo chuffedddd!!!!

Thanks everyone- I couldn't believe it tbh but I do feel so much better!!!

I actually feel in control for the first time in my life!

Had a yummy yet healthy breakfast out of choice again! I have realised that bread/crumpets are upsetting my stomach so I will be avoiding those unless I don't have any choice.

Tonight I am going to have fajitas- just hope its not over as Im worried about this wedding im off to on Saturday and how many calories will be used there... I only drink Vodka & Slimline Tonic anyway but you never know about the food!

Just trying to work it out- beef, griddled and marinated in yog, tiny pots of soured cream, guacamole, grated cheese and lettuce and 4/5x tortilla wraps! Im going to savour it all!!!!

Just watch the wraps, they are quite high, minimum 130cals each, sounds good tho!

Yes Im just trying to calculate it all- I have managed it all except the beef!
On the website it says 'Marinated beef strips pan fried with mexican spices, onions, peppers and soured cream'! How do I do that?!?!

There's no guide- the only other things they do are ribs, burgers and chilli/burrito thingies! They do steaks and chicken fillets. There are 2 salads but Ive had them before and they're both vile!

While still suffering my first DD I just had to come to your diary and take a peek at one of the DD. The one where you list all the foods so I can be better prepared for my DD's I am amazed at how much food you squeezed out of your 500 calories. Genius! Enjoy your day
