Good luck with the weight loss fella. I'll be watching your progress as I weighed myself today and I was very close to what you are now, 15st 4lb.
Looking at your goal weight and BMI I must say that have set yourself a great challenge there and it's one that will certainly change your quality of life.
Hopefully its just a blip. Any idea why it may have gone up?![]()

hey guys, had some internet trouble so i've two weeks to fill you in on.
It's been a bad few weeks in terms of the weight loss - I've ended up back at where I started, 15st 5lbs- absolutely gutted but it's my own fault!
I've tried calorie counting but it doesn't seem to be working to well for me, so just going to try find something that works for me.
No point in my trying to feel sorry for myself, lets just call this a little "blip"

I'm moving back to Uni at the end of this month, so hopefully that'll help me with further - I'll only have my income so I'll only have enough food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and not enough to be tempted to snack on etc.
Got all my fingers and toes crossed I can lose some more again![]()
