I like it more than Alpen light, and it’s only 3.5 sins or HEB. Just I don't know can I have something extra with one of them for full HEB. Usual one HE is 6 sins.

I think I would have 2 and count it as 1 HEXB and 1 syn.

I will have to look out for them next time I get to a Sainsburys

I've just checked on the SW site, it does just say the cereal bar and nothing else. Sometimes you get a ryvita or scan with B choices but not this one for some reason.

Personally I'd have a different B choice and just syn these at 3.5 syns.

Yes, its just 1 cereal bar for a HE B.
I prefer them to Alpen too...

id do the same,the weetabix oaty bar is the same too so id rather syn it and have a differant healthy extra,i feel im being robbed only having something worth 3.5 for a he lol
