salad cream & tom sauce

hey guys,

is there any salad cream that youve found that can be eaten on atkins induction. i checked my Heinz bottle last night and its really carby, tom sauce is the same.

full fat mayonaise is ok. i have managed to get sauces from the low carb supermarket online so look in to that

cheers guys, obv atkins is a complete lifestyle change so sacrifices need to be made, just curious if theres substitues, i love tom sauce lol

I use Colac ketchup from avidlite.. its just like the real thing & no carbs!

Ive just ordred some more too Linz. It does say carb free on the website but then i get the bottle it says there are carbs in?

Carbohydrates 27g of which 25g oligofructose and 2g mono-disaccharides.

They are Carbs that have no affect on blood sugars Vicky so we don't count them... abit like polyols & malitol. x

I find the Tesco own brand full fat Mayo is low carb.

Hellmann's full fat mayo, tastes like a boss and very low carb!

Hellman's do a garlic mayo and a chilli mayo and they are both good too

I use Tescos full fat mayo and Tescos own reduced sugar and salt tomato ketchup as thats not too bad. Don't have loads though x

If you like caesar dressing on salad i found cardinis a great low carb one.

nope , but i suppose you could put normal splender in warm water to dissolve , must be kinda the same
