Salmon fillets??

Sorry to ask but Im in a bit of a dilemma.

Im having salmon fillet for tea. Its not a huge portion but a friend has told me its 2 1/2 points. The weight watchers book says its 3 1/2 points but when I work it out off the pack it comes to 4 1/2 points!

Which is right??

If you're working them out from the exact info on the packet with a calculator, then I would definitely go with that. The ones I get work out at 2 points each, but they're only tiny. If/when the nutritional information is available and I can work it out on my calculator I would always do that.
