Does anyone know why we can't eat salmon on ss+ and 810. Is it higher in carbs than other white fish?
I cooked it for Hubby last night and it smelt devine and I always thought it was a fish that was good for you and low in fat etc.

Salmon is an oily fish, so it does have a lot more calories in it that other white fish. I'm not sure on the exact difference on calories, but I imagine it is quite a lot.
I love salmon too, it's so not fair!
