Hi every one my name is sam i am a university student and i have 2 boys aged 9 and 5 I am over weight by at least 2 stone if not 3 ! Ok so I have until the 19th of August till I go on holiday (abroad for 2 weeks with hubby kids and friends) and I am a bridesmaid on the 7th of September so 2 big targets to aim for ! Hear goes just need to keep motivated ! Hopefully this food diary will and mini blog will help !
Week 1:
Day 1: Breakfast- muller light banana and custard yogurt and an apple x
Lunch : veg cous cous- new potatoes and quorn sausage
Tea: grilled gammon steak, broccoli, cauliflower and new potatoes
Snacks: an orange club and a muller light yogurt
