going tonight for my 1st weigh in must admit not holding too much breath for a weight loss cause iv not managed to do it 100% but i cut down and used 2 sachets b/fast lunch then had steamed chicken/fish for dinner i done this so that i could slowly introduce my body to starvation rather than wow where is the food so hopefully i may loose a wee bit this week then come monday full ss ,...................do you think i was wise to try it this way i am a compulsive re re re starter so i thought id do it this way and see what happens ........but i must admit i feel as tho im now in the zone and ready to take on Monday with avengance
