No there r a few things on there that r wrong, I think there is a few items in the takeaway section of the little purple book that's wrong too

I danced until I was 18! Then danced on cruise ships until I was 21! Then fell in love and wanted to settle down! Now I'm 26 and no longer dance, did nursing instead!
But since last year I exercise lots, do loads of running! Running earns lots of activity points on ww! But I teach Zumba 2 nights a week too! So I'm pretty active! So yeah it's a pretty recent thing!

People think I'm nuts

I think it's great. I really wish I could build up that level of enthusiasm towards exercise. I enjoy it when I do it but struggle to get my arse there! X
 
Day 6 SF

Breakfast - oss (at macdonalds do adding 1pp for milk as I don't know what they use)
Snack - banana
Lunch - pitta, salad, half avocado (4pp), ham, pack velvet rice crackers (2pp)
Snack - natural yoghurt, blue berries, strawberries
Dinner- chicken/peppers on skewers with roast veg (potato/parsnip/onion/carrot) and peas. Plus garlic mayo (2pp)
Snack - apple

9 weeklies used
7 remaining for tomorrow!

Ingredients - wholewheat rice and salt
1pp for 2 rice cakes

Anyone know if these are SF?
 
And another question haha

Meatballs tomorrow! Lean mince beef isn't free :(! Has anyone ever made meatballs with minced pork or turkey?
 
Chicken mince or extra lean pork mince is free! I however use extra lean mince beef as free! I think mc donalds use semi skimmed so u do need to add a pp! I'm not sure about ur other question!
 
I use extra lean beef mince or turkey mince. Neither of these are officially free bit turkey mince from sainsburys has less fat than lean pork mince from sainsburys. X
 
Wow! I just measured my waist! And I lost 5 inches from my waist!
I also measured my bra! Gone down 2 cup sizes! I gone from a 36 E to a 34C.

My inch loss by far is more dramatic than my weight loss!

And I'm super strong now lol! I can pick my OH up and he weighs 12 an a half stone lol!

Breakfast - egg / mushrooms / 1slice brown bread
Snack - yoghurt: blueberries
Late lunch - homemade meatballs (4pp) all veg and sauce is free, 75g wholemeal pasta
Snack -1 crumpet, cottage cheese

3points remaining if I want a packet of crisp

Not measured since before Xmas! Which is when I started ww! Dunno why I measured this morning! But glad I did! :)

Dunno! Enough to fit in my size 12jeans! They zip up and button up but still tight! I have other pairs of size 12 that fit! But I wanna get in these ones! That's my target. No more than 7lbs to go tho I think!
