I've had a great day! Gardening! Getting excited for summer now!
I love being able to go in garden and pick out that days veg! Inspires me to eat it more! Actually grow way to much and end up having salad with everything and giving it all away to friends haha
 
Hmmm gonna plan tomorrow now as I'm home alone and bored

Day 1 SF 49w

Breakfast - 30g oats, skimmed milk, blueberries
Snack - apple
Lunch - pitta, ham, avocado (4pp), houmous (1pp) + banana
Snack - grapes
Dinner - 2 sausages (8pp), peas, egg, potato

=1574 calories

I also measured my bra! Gone down 2 cup sizes! I gone from a 36 E to a 34C.

My inch loss by far is more dramatic than my weight loss!

And I'm super strong now lol! I can pick my OH up and he weighs 12 an a half stone lol!

Hmmm think I've decided to propoint from now on!

I did loose after doing SF for a week!
But I think I'm best suited to pp! I gave it a week trial tho!

I think weekends I will stick to SF! :)


+ I've had a really bad day! I went to visit a family today to do a babies development check (I'm a health visitor) and the baby wasn't breathing well! I did everything I could until the ambulance came. The baby died 3hours later! I'm very sad, I've never experienced death before, I've been health visitor/nurse for a few years and have never been in that situation.

I'm hoping I will feel better in the morning!

But positive.......3months ago this would have made me turn to chocolate
Tonight I had weight watchers strawberry whip 2pp

That's really bad about the baby, every parents worst nightmare! Do they not no y it was having trouble breathing?

If pp during the wk suits u better then that's what u should do!
 
Hon that's really awful. What a horrid thing to have to deal with. Have a restful night and try not to dwell on it. Hopefully you'll feel better in the morning.

Well done on not turning to chocolate, that's a really positive thing. Comfort eating is something I'm still struggling to control even after years of dieting. Xx
 
I've had a good food day today! I'm trying to cut back on exercise this week! So I set a 10activity points pet day limit! Lol

It's just an experiential to see how my body adapts! I worry if I exercise less then I'll not loose weight!

I don't think that's the case! It's not for me anyway
 
Woke up feeling exhausted for staying up late and losing an hour!

I have a 10k charity run today! I rarely say I can't be bothered but ........I can't be bothered!

Anyway out I go! It's for a good cause! And I can look forward to a pub meal afterwards!
 
Good luck! Think losing an hour throws everyone, but having a run to do? Wow!

Omg! Crazy week!
I lost 4.6lbs! That's the most I've lost in a week by a mile!
I think it may have something to do with my run yesterday!

Got my -25 star

It was great! I finished 3rd!!
It amazes me how fit I have become in the past few months! I used to only be able to run 5mins before being breathless!
