Well hello there (...again :rolleyes:)
I bit the bullet yesterday and went back to group after a month off. I was very suprised when I stood on the scales as I have STS! :D So that was a brilliant start. Anyhow, I am adament to fill this in every day and I am 100% on track, feeling great! :)

Yesterday was an Extra Easy Day

HexA: 28g Cheddar Cheese
HexB: 2 Alpen Light Bars

Breakfast:
1 x Banana (WI day)

Lunch:
Jacket Potato
Princes Sardines in Spicy Tomato Sauce

Dinner:
Pork Slices (No Fat)
'Roast' Potatoes (Fry Light)
28g Stuffing - 5.5 Syns
Courgettes / Green Beans

Snacks:
2 Alpen Lights (B)
28g Cheddar Cheese (A)
2 Trebor Softmints - 1 Syn
2 Extra Strong Mints - 1 Syn
Mixed Pickles

2 Litres of Water

I know I need to up my fruit and veg but not bad for my 1st day back.:)

Sunday - Extra Easy

HexA: 28g Cheddar
HexB: 2 Slices Wholemeal Bread

Breakfast:
- Bread (B), 3 Turkey Rashers, 2 Boiled eggs

Lunch (Kids bday buffet :cry:)
- 6 Cocktail Sausages - 9 syns
- 1/4 Egg Mayo Bap - 4 Syns
- 1/4 Cheese Bap - A + 3 Syns

Dinner:
- Roast Beef
- Mashed Potato
- Brocolli / Sugar Snap Pea's

Snacks:
- Mullerlight Choc Sprinkles with Cherry underlayer - 2 Syns
- 3 Pickled Gherkins

Syns Used: 17.5 :rolleyes:

I have pulled the excess syns off todays menu - I thought I did pretty well though, I could have eaten Doritos, Chips, Cheese on Sticks etc! :D

Lunch:
- Chilli Chicken Super Low Fat Noodles

Dinner:
- Homemade Syn Free Chicken Curry
- Boiled Rice

Snacks:
- 1 x Alpen Light (1/2 B)
- 2 Apples / 1 x Banana / Grapes
- Red Pepper Sticks / Celery Sticks
- Choc Sprinkles Mullerlight
- 28g Cheddar Cheese (A)
- Tesco Cheese Curls 3.5 Syns

Total Syns Used: 3.5 so far, so room for a little treat after dinner

I will say, now I have started eating properly again and have cut out the wine drinking, even though its only 2 days in I am feeling loads better! More awake etc! :)

Well done on your sts Sarah, that's a fantastic achievement over the festive period!! I too am cutting down on the alcohol and after this Saturday night I plan to cut it out until Valentines Day! Good luck with the week ahead xx

Thanks Mary! :) I haven't drank since Friday which is a huge achievement for me, I usually spend my syns on alcohol. Good Luck x

- 2 Apples / Banana / Grapes
- Mullerlight with choc sprinkles

Total Syns Used: 5.5 so far
