Well hello there (...again

I bit the bullet yesterday and went back to group after a month off. I was very suprised when I stood on the scales as I have STS!
So that was a brilliant start. Anyhow, I am adament to fill this in every day and I am 100% on track, feeling great! 
Yesterday was an Extra Easy Day
HexA: 28g Cheddar Cheese
HexB: 2 Alpen Light Bars
Breakfast:
1 x Banana (WI day)
Lunch:
Jacket Potato
Princes Sardines in Spicy Tomato Sauce
Dinner:
Pork Slices (No Fat)
'Roast' Potatoes (Fry Light)
28g Stuffing - 5.5 Syns
Courgettes / Green Beans
Snacks:
2 Alpen Lights (B)
28g Cheddar Cheese (A)
2 Trebor Softmints - 1 Syn
2 Extra Strong Mints - 1 Syn
Mixed Pickles
2 Litres of Water
I know I need to up my fruit and veg but not bad for my 1st day back.
