Morning all!
I've woken up in a great mood! I feel miles better
I woke up early and stuck my Rosemary Conley Fat Attack DVD on and did the workout, it takes about 30 minutes and is fairly similar to Leslie. I was going to do Leslie, but my PS3 wasn't loading YouTube properly for some reason.
Going to walk the dog later, and have some housework to do!
Dave is coming over after lunch so we'll probably watch some DVDs.
Was 1lb up from Monday on the scales today (0.4lbs up from yesterday) so I'm aiming to get most of that off by Monday

Back is ok but I slept awfully :-( Check u out with your early morning exercise, does it set you up for the day? I'm planning on starting the 30DS once I'm back, will hopefully get that done early every day. Hope u have a nice Movie Afternoon with Dave.x

Some more photos of my new make up
I feel so much more confident wearing makeup! And I just ordered £45 worth of more Rimmel eye shadows and nail varnishes! My excuse is that I want to look pretty for my boyfriend/at uni and my old make up needed replacing.
Haven't had a chance to walk Archie yet is it's been raining torrentially for the past few hours.

Well... what a day!
We've had biblical rain all day. Absolutely torrential. There's a stream that runs behind our garden and goes under the road nearby. Where it's under the road it basically flooded and water was bubbling up through the manhole covers. It flooded the nearby houses too! The road had to be shut as the water was coming halfway up the cars.
Our road turned into a river, and our driveway was submerged under a foot of water!
My mum works in Iceland and that got flooded.
I even saw a photo on facebook of a car completely submerged under water in the next town.

When my mum got home we waded out to the driveway and opened up the manhole covers. I spent 10 minutes pushing the water down the drain with a broom! Fantastic work out haha.
Mental day.

Lunch- 4 ryvita crackerbread 2pp, 2 slices bread 4pp, marmite 1pp, ham 1pp, EL laughing cow 0pp, NuMe crisps 3pp, cupcake 3pp
Dinner- pasta 5pp, philadephia 2pp, chicken 2pp, peas 1pp, broccoli 0pp, carrot 0pp
Snacks- brownie 4pp, alpro soya dessert 3pp, strawberries 0pp

Wow, that is a lot of rain. We had heavy rain overnight and this morning, but not as bad as you by the looks of it. Pasta sounds very tasty. I love marmite and cheese together too!

Ah right - I read it wrong! My OH has jam and cheese sandwiches too, but I have never been convinced enough to try them!

Sarah you should try putting the marmite on the ryvita first, then the laughing cow. It's lush
Thats what i do its gorge. I dont even like marmite unless i eat it like that.x
