Sarah's countdown to being a Yummy Mummy!!

No food diaries for the past three days because I've been BAD!!! KFC, chocolate, cupcakes....oops. So not having a weigh in on Sunday (can't face it!) but getting back on it tomorrow and hoping for a sts at next Sundays weigh in. Not gonna moan about it as I did it myself and now just need to fix it. So from tomorrow I'll be back with my food diaries and hopefully plenty of fruit, veg & salad as we're going to Asda tomorrow night.
 
Oops, just remembered this diary!!

Well as you can all guess I fell off the wagon big style around the wedding and put on 8lbs. So, I restarted last Friday and just got weighed....have lost 8lbs. Will post up all my food diaries and pics this afternoon and get back to updating.

Just been looking back at my old meal plans from when I first restarted and there's no wonder I got bored. There's barely any salad, fruit or veg, loads of carbs and processed food and no variation at all. At least this time I'm trying to eat as fresh as I can, although the odd processed thing is sneaking in for convenience. Feel so much better this time. For the first time in years I'm actually looking forward to summer :D
 
Aww great to hear you are feeling so much better in yourself and are excited about your new food. WW definately works best if you eat lots and try to add varity x

Well it's working far better this time than last time - I read back to January and I lose 8lb in three weeks then, which is still brilliant. x
